2、Divided worktable support

KD1200ZL-W adopts divided worktable support design for satisfying heavy load machining of large workpiece, base is only stressed by worktable and workpiece, and isn’t partly stressed by upright post. Avoid heavy load deformation, box support structure, integrated pouring and moulding.

Based on H250 international standard casting, Kingred developed metal ratio to improve casting rigidity and extensibility. All casting passed two times tempering and 3-6 months of natural aging treatment to release inner stress and decrease deformation.
